162: I see you looking at me/and I want to turn to you and say:...

I see you looking at me

and I want to turn to you and say:

          I promise I’ll fulfill your next request,

          what wish of yours can I fulfill?

maybe you’d say, “get lost”

maybe I’d say, “too late”

perhaps you’d say, “I want your tongue to worship me”

maybe I’d say,    “here or elsewhere,

                         public or private”

maybe I’d undo all of your buttons

           with my teeth and lips

maybe I’d wash you like a cat

          and then lick my chops

what would be better:

          that

or walking up to the microphone to

read this poem to everyone

so they’d all know this power

you have over me.
