242: Descending/my bicycle pushed...

Descending

my bicycle pushed

by gravity

 

wind roars in my ears

just like

a car behind me

 

I lean into the curve

     bicycling is part physics, part poetry, and

     maybe two parts nerve

 

descending

 

I hit 53

 

there was no car

only loud wind
