243: The bicycles pass:/Electric moment...

The bicycles pass:

 

                    Electric moment

          air swiftly separating

          from itself

                    with a hiss

 

          whir of drive-trains

                    spinning

 

         riders sizzle the atmosphere

         they storm by on

         their rubber tires

         their hot colors

 

There is no more

beautiful snake than

          the peleton
